Puding Buah

Resepi ni Mek Yusaini yang bagi .tu pown sepupu die bagi resepi. kalau harap ke die belum tentu boleh buat. hehehe....Puding koktailnyer sedap. Ni yang nak cuba, Resepinya

Agar-agar 2 plastik
Gula 2 Cawan
Tepung casted 2 Sudu
2 tin susu F&N yang ada gambar ABC tu...
Buah dalam tin ( Buang airnya)

& nata de coco

Cara-cara memasaknya:

panaskan dan kacau agar-agar hingga cair, masukkan gula , dan susu cair
tepung casted kacau dengan air dulu ye nanti berketul then baru masukkan.
pastu masukkan lah buah- buah koktail tadi...
dah selesai masukkan dalam peti ais...dan dah siap.

1st birthday buat anakku Haziem


14.11.2010 (Ahad) genaplah setahun Hari Lahir Haziem yang pertama, tapi tak sambut on that day, bcoz of abg Hasif takde....duk rumah tokwan seminggu...so nak calebrate teringat ke abg die.. tapi sambut jugaklah kat rumah Nenek Jijah ..just makan2 biasa...KFC + Sate...sambut biasa2 jer bersama adik beradik My hubby..

tapi sempat jugak sambut di ...di Nogori Sembilan secara kebetulan time tu ada paksu n maksu bersama Atuk dan Tokwan, Afiq dan Aniq... di KPC Bahau...KFC Lagi...habis tu nak pi mane lagi kat bahau tu...yang ada Pizza Hut..tapi Atuk dan Tokwan tak pamdai makan plak...Kitorang pantang dapat makan ..huhuuu. Dah setahun rupanya anak mama yan kuat menangis dan merajuk nie...ikut sapa lah perangai die...hahah ikut mama la tu....

resepi kek "MARBLE CHEESE BROWNIES"


Inilah resepi kek yang terbaru aku dapat dari rakan sekerja...insyaallah akan dibuat...jangan angan-angan kosong plak...kalau nak cuba marilah....

Bahan-bahan Brownies :
250g butter
1 cwn serbuk koko
3 biji telur gred B
1 1/2 cwn gula castor
1/2 cwn susu cair
1 1/2 cwn tepung gandum *Ayak dgn Baking Powder & Soda Bikarbonat
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda bikarbonate
1 tsp esen vanilla

Cara-cara:
1. Cairkan butter. Masukkan serbuk koko dan kacau rata.
2. Handwhisk gula dan telur. Masukkan ke dalam adunan butter+koko. Kacau sebati.
3. Masukkan susu cair dan kacau sebati.
4. Masukkan tepung+BP+SB sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau hingga sebati.
Akhir sekali, masukkan esen vanilla dan kacau rata.
5. Panaskan oven pada suhu 175 darj cel. Alas loyang 10" x 10" dgn grease proof paper. Biar kertas berjuntai pada dua belah yang bertentangan supaya mudah mengeluarkan brownies.
6. Tuang adunan brownies ke dalam loyang dan ratakan. Tinggalkan sedikit untuk membuat marble di atas lapisan cheese nanti.
7. Bakar selama 20min menggunakan api atas dan bawah.


Bahan-bahan lapisan cheese:
250g cream cheese
1 cwn gula castor
1 biji telur gred B

Cara-cara:
1. Pukul cream cheese hingga gebu.
2. Masukkan gula dan pukul lagi hingga sebati.
3. Masukkan telur dan pukul lagi hingga sebati.

*Selepas 20min keluarkan brownies dari oven. Tuangkan adunan cheese dan ratakan. Paipkan baki adunan brownies ke atas lapisan cheese dan lorekkan corak ikut citarasa. Masukkan semula ke dlm oven dan bakar lagi selama 15min atau sehingga cheese masak.
Biarkan sejuk sebelum dipotong.

Makan-makan di Bagan Lalang ;-)


Hari sabtu 23.10.2010, Mak Long Ku ajak kami makan-makan di Bagan Lalang, lama dah Mak long ajak kami makan tapi tak berkesempatan. Khuatir jugak Mak Long berkecil hati kata kami tak sudi pulak. Sebenarnya kami bersuka dan bergembira hati bila Mak Long ajak. time nie la nak pau mak long.hehehe Seronok memang seronok, makan apa sahaja sebab mak long belanja. tapi bila time bayar tengok bill jer masyaallah RM 331. 80. time nie la anak-anak buah menghilangkan diri ..hahaha...banker dah hilang kemana ..cari -cari yang tinggal bengkok2 sahaja.


Nak ajak adik Liza husband die keje malam so dia tak berani. nasib baik sebelum ni Mak long dah ajak dia & husband makan-makan. tak per la asalkan niat mak long untuk membelanja anak-anak buahnya tercapai. Time nie adik Azahari pon ade, dia trainning Armor untuk pergi ke Lubnan. 9 bulan trainning di Port Dickson, kesian Anak bini die. Sib baik husband ku keje flexibal time, kalau masih kerja swasta mesti masa untuk anak-anak susah nak bahagi2.

Ten Ways to Strengthen Your Reading Habit


If you read ten books a year, you are in the top few percent of all people as readers. Simply stated, it doesn't take much to be well read, but we do need to know how to get started.

The following are ten suggestions to help you strengthen your reading habit - ways to find and make more time for reading.

1. Always have a book around. Don't go anywhere without reading material. Having things available makes it easier for you to steal otherwise lost moments.

2. Set a reading goal. Determine how much time you want to spend reading, or how many books you want to read over time. Your goal might be a book a month, one per week, or it might be to read 30 minutes a day. Start out with something attainable but still a stretch. As your habit builds, you might set higher goals. Setting a goal is the first step towards reading more.

3. Keep a log. Keep a list of the books you have read, or keep track of how much time you read each day.

4. Keep a list. Make a list of things you want to read in the future. Ask your friends and colleagues what they are reading. Watch for recommendations in the newspaper and magazines. Once you start looking for good books, you'll find them everywhere. This is a great way to keep your enthusiasm up. By knowing what great stuff you want to read, you will reinforce your reading habit.

5. Turn off the television. Many people say they just don't have enough time. Television is one of our major time consumers. Make your television watching more conscious and less habitual. There is nothing wrong with watching television shows you really enjoy. Where the time gets lost is turning it on, and scanning to find "something to watch." Those are the times to turn it off and pick up your book!

6. Listen when you can't read. Use your commute and other time spent in the car to listen! There are great audio versions of all sorts of books. Whether you want to "read" fiction, the latest self-help or diet book, it is probably available on tape. Don't get locked into the idea that you have to read it - listening to the book still gives you the experience, ideas, and imagination that reading a book can.

7. Join a reading group or book club. Reading groups typically meet once a month to discuss a book they have all decided to read. Committing to the group provides a bit more impetus to finish the book, and gives you a great forum for discussion and socialization around the book's themes.

8. Visit the library or bookstore often. You have your list, right? So you'll have some ideas of what you are looking for when you walk in. But there is more to be gained by walking through places where books reside than just to make a transaction. Take time to browse! Let your eyes find things of interest. Let serendipity happen. Browsing will feed your mental need to read, and give you plenty of new things to read.

9. Build your own strategy. Decide when reading fits your schedule. Some people read first thing in the morning, some before bed. Some decide to read as they eat their lunch. And there is more to your strategy than just timing. Make your own decisions about reading. It is ok to be reading more than one book at once. It is ok to stop reading something before you finish if it isn't holding your interest. It is ok to skim the book, getting what you want or need, without reading every page. Determine what works best for you, develop your own beliefs and ideas-then make them work for you.

10. Drop Everything and Read (DEAR). Do it. Just get started. Make it DEAR time.

Di Pagi Syawal 2010




Di pagi Satu syawal tahun nie aku beraya di Jalan kebun, Klang. My husband grandmother's house. Turn beraya bersama keluarga sebelah husband... Kesian pada mak dan ayah aku beraya berdua di kampung Serting...Keluarga aku tak ramai 3 orang Arwah Abg Am, Me and Adikku Azahari. Tahun nie die tak dapat beraya bersama keluarga sebelah aku atau sebelah die.. hanya kerana " Berkhidmat Untuk Negara" kene jaga sempadan, 6 hari sebelum raya.

My Mom and dad are very understanding, dah adat berkeluarga kan?? tapi di sudut hati diorang tu aku tau diorang sedih terutama sekali bila teringatkan anakku Hasif N haziem.

Hari raya pertama ku dimulakan dengan menunggu kaum2 adam pulang dari sembahyang raya... diorang balik je..makan then kitorang start beraya di rumah tok sedara mara nya di Jalan Kebun jugak... Mula2 sekali g rumah Tok Yasiin, Tok kamin, wak.....ramai betul waknyer tak ingat....
